For travel & visa agencies

Visa applications that don't live in WhatsApp.

You're handling twenty applications at once, each one waiting on a different document, each client wanting an update. Grip collects their details and documents through your own form, tracks each application through your stages (documents received, reviewed, submitted, decision) and tells the client what's happening at every step.

Passport scans in WhatsApp.

Arriving as images you can't find two weeks later.

One missing document.

A bank statement nobody noticed until the embassy asked.

The morning status calls.

Clients ringing every day because they have no idea what's happening.

Your process, their language

1

The enquiry comes in

From your website, a referral, or a client walking in asking about a visa type.

2

You send one link

The client verifies with a code, then uploads their passport bio page and supporting documents from their phone.

3

Your team works the file

Documents received, reviewed, submitted, decision, or whatever your own stages are called.

4

The client follows along

Status updates by SMS and email. No calls needed to find out where things stand.

Questions, answered

Can I handle different visa types with different requirements?

Yes. Each visa type is its own case type, with its own form and its own document checklist.

Can I track embassy reference numbers and queries?

Yes. Add whatever fields your process needs to the case form. An embassy reference number is just another field, sitting on the file with everything else.

Can I ask different questions depending on the answer someone gives?

Yes. Show a question only when it's relevant, like asking about accompanying minors only if the applicant says they're travelling with children.

What if a client can't finish the form in one sitting?

They can stop and come back. Their answers are saved automatically, so nothing is lost.
